Difficulty in swallowing

My father is healthy person has sometimes painless difficulty in swallowing, not continously it comes and goes, if it comes today then next 3 days no difficulty it's not painfull one, just a difficulty he says He was a non drinker and non smoker

Hello, what medications is he on? His BP and sugar are checked is it? Does he eat well n sleep well too?
