Difficulty in swallowing ,eating,etc

It is been 3 days now, not able to swallow, drink, eat . Very much pain in throat, ears and side cheeks. Already doing Betadine gargles but no difference and it’s paining very badly

Try to visit a dentist locally. If he rules out dental infection,  then probably you are having a throat and sinus infection.
