Sometime suddenly pain below the penis. Like something pricking. Always feeling that something stucking in the urinary tract.discomfort below the penis . Pain on touching . I have to apply pressure for urination. Nd it take time to start. Nd their is tightness just below the penis.sometime there is no tightness nd I can pass urine freely. Just after masturbation unable to pass urine.urine flow is slow nd like shower.nd sometime completely normal. Nd after urination there is leakage of some drop of urine. Family history - dad -hypertensive nd diabetes. Nd sister -ckd 3 brother- stone problem. personal history - appetite thoda km. Sleep - adequate no addiction. Having allergic rhinitis from 3 year.
