I'm a recently graduated doctor who started internship one month ago.i was having anxiety and depression earlier also.this time i ended up in the same situation and feel like giving up and currently i have taken a leave from internship.i'm getting lot of suicidal thoughts as well.i consulted a psychiatrist and his idea was to get exposed to the ward and has prescibed alprazolam and venlafaxine.now the symptoms are a bit relieved but still i am scared to go back to ward and work.please help
