Hi,I have difficulty In breath all time ,I can't able to breath normally through nose , trying to breath via mouth at the time yawn comes ,I am having anxiety (panic disorder) problem I am taking treatment for that but this breathing problems only disturbing me at day time how to overcome from that please guide me

It seems your nose remains blocked or congested. Do you have cough, sneezing, running nose- symptoms of rhinisinusitis.Any other allergies?

1. X-ray PNS or go straight fr CT PNS ff better details of nasal bone, sinuses, polyps etc 2. CBC

Hi noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned above history and related medication, still breathing problems could be gastric reflux symptoms or any history of asthma ?? And also any history of addiction?
