Difficulty in breathing

I feel difficulty in breathing and hissing sound while breathing when ever I start running I feel tightness of chest and difficulty in breathing and cough occurs

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest

Do you have similar complaints during cold weather? Your symptoms points towards asthma like condition. Needs some blood tests, spirometry and chest x ray. Pls. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
