Difficulty in breathing

I am having difficulties in breathing since 1 month. It started with severe cold followed by difficulty in breathing. I consulted general physician and he has given me anti allergy tablets. So I have taken those medicines for 20 days and as soon as I stop taking those medicines, my breathing problem evolves again and I get cold which is not getting cured with normal cold medicines.
