Hi... Since yesterday night I didn't sleep because of difficulty in breathing... Have no fever no cough... Is it anxiety???... Am a heavy Smoker...

Hi.. Do you get such symptoms frequently? Or is this the first time? Did you get a wheezing sound when you were breathless? Avoid spicy food / heavy meals before bed.. Whether related or not, I would suggest you to quit smoking for a better health.. if your symptoms persists, you need to consult a doctor for clinical examination.

Still smoking ?Or stopped due to lockdown ?? Pulmonary function test or spirometry not possible due to covid pandemic. Get one chest xray done. And consult pulmonologist
