Difficulty breathing heart palpitations

When i was a new born baby and had TOF i went through the surgery had it corrected followed up and i was totally fine. From last year june i am have difficulty breathing and heart palpitations i got scared and i had pain in shoulder upper back and neck which caused me to experience vertigo I took every test cbc lipid chest xray echo ecg there was nothing except mild opacites in right lung when i swallow i feel a lump in my throat and when i breath i dont feel its going in i have consulted 5 diff doctors had every rest but still cant reach a conclusion please help me they say these are the symptoms of anxiety but i am not sure please help me... Yeah i used to smoke and after a year of smoking i stopped it suddenly...like from 3-4 ciggarettes a day for one year to immediately 0. I feel difficulty breathing from mouth and my ent doct detected nasal congestion

May be Allergic aetiology also. Nothing concerned with stopping, of smoking. May be anxiety also.pl consult with Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
