Difference in oosure and oosure plus

I was diagnosed with pcod at first my doctor gave me oosure plus and now she changed it to oosure. As I have checked oosure has only myo-inositol and oosure plus has myo-inositol, l-methylfolate, calcium and vitamin d3. So why changed it.
