Diff bet calcimax and cholecalciferol

My son is 5 month old and he is already having calcimax+ suspension from his birth. Recently when I took him for vaccination along with normal check up the Dr prescribed to use cholecalciferol vitamin d3 drops. Is it safe to use both the above mentioned syrup n drops?
