Which is relatively better for a diabetic- a suji rusk daily or a brown bread 🍞? I know both r not good but still I am confused regarding what should be given to them in breakfast?

You already know the answer. Multigrain atta Chapati with sabzi or oat or dalia is better for breakfast. Avoid maida ( bread) and sooji , except for upma with vegetables. Here are other options https://bit.ly/2WjOCWQ
