Hellow dt, i do regular exercise like jogging for 25 mins,push ups,pull ups and body streatching.for the past two week iam feeling weakness and low in energy. my current ht is 165 cms, wt is 66 kg and age is 25 yrs, can u suggest me some protein and vitamin diet and health tips also what should be my ideal wt depending on my ht and age.i am looking for good physique and not so very heavy or bulky build.
