Diet during gout

Hello , Can I eat  fresh water fish  like Rohu, catla, malli, singhara, Hilsa etc and dairy product like fresh cow milk, paneer , curd etc during gout attack. Please suggest .

helloooo milk n fish always oppose each other... for gout you can take all these things in limited quantity.
