Is pregnancy possible while taking dienogest 2 mg for 1 year? I got no period during this treatment & got some spotting some times.

Pregnancy is possible but when you have suspicion then you should do urine pregnancy test. If positive you may stop Dienogest because pregnancy itself produces all the hormones that it needs.
