Did not get periods in 2 months

I did not get periods in 2 months, tried all hacks to get periods but nothing worked . I have noticed weight gain but not sure if it was due to food habits or since I stopped going to the gym.

If you are sexually active , do urine pregnancy test. If not, i would suggest blood work to rule out any thyroid issues or anemia, ultrasound.
