Diarrhoea, abdominal pain,fever,headache

I have been having diarrhoea since 4 weeks in which I get partially liquid stool. I have been suffering from a twisting feeling in stomach and then I immediately need to relieve my stool again results in partially liquid stool. from 3 to 4 days I have been suffering from head ache and fever right after reliving myself. I also took orni 500 to cure

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. Zenflox-oz twice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab.
