My Baby Girl has 20 months old and she is getting loose motion from three days and the motion look like is very thin please suggest me syrup or medicine.

Give zinc syp 5ml once a day for 14 days...give probiotics and ORS....

maintain hydration....wait for 2 to 3 days if child active
