I have had diarrhea off and on (mostly on) for the last 10 days. I am going on a trip in two days and am wondering what I can do to help limit the diarrhea so I can have a good time. I've never had diarrhea last this long.

Why you hAve neglected diarrhoea for10 days you should have taken treatment before . Any way you take tab airflow TZ 1tab twice a day for 5 days if you are not getting cured then you should consult a physician near by .
