I got buccaly erupted 28, 18, sharp cusp 27 Dental caries 27, 28, 18, 46,36 ,37, impacted tooth 38, 48. What should I do?

hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. if there is a cavity, get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, get it treated. the best treatment for wisdom teeth is to get it removed.

You need to visit a dentist and get your probles solved step by step. The teeth with caries have to be filled so that the decay does not reach the nerves which will need a rct. The 4 wisdom teeth need to be extracted as a permanent solution and the sharp cusp of 27 reduced.
