Diagnosed with typhoid

In my blood report s.typhii 1:80 is shown. I'm having fever from one week, it usually comes in afternoon or evening,the fever starts with chills.my doctor also suggested me to take Emal injection for 3 days ,I have taken one. But I'm concerned about my fever.
