Diagnosed with Phimosis

I am type 1 diabetic from the last 14 years. I am on insulin ever since. I observed dribbling of urine and when consulted, I have been diagnosed with Phimosis recently and was asked to get circumcision to avoid discomfort in sexual life after marriage and maintain urinary tract health. I didn't feel any discomfort when I had sex with protection in the past. Will I face issues while having unprotected sex? Is circumcision necessary? How painful is it and what is the recovery period?

Better to get circumcised. Reason: 1) You are experiencing dribbling. 2) Diabetes 3) Will help in maintaining better hygiene. it's painless procedure with quick recovery and doesn't affect your sexual life.

As a diabetic it is better to get circumcision Because you have tight foreskin Normally when u have sex there can be microabrasion which in a normal person won't be much of a bother But in a diabetic especially when sugar level are high this can cause infection which intern can make your skin more tight painful and swollen
