Hi there..Pcod ie polycystic ovarian disease is syndrome with group of symptoms due to elevated levels of androgens and testosterone(male hormones) in females.. it leads to difficulty in conceiving(infertility) as there is no ovulation.. so if the patient is planning pregnancy then ovulation induction medications help like clomiphene, letrozole, gonadotrophin injections, metformin( used as adjunct to aid in induction).. please consult nearby gynecologist..
