Diagnosed with hepatomegaly of liver

I had done an abdomen ultrasound and received the below finding: Liver is enlarged in size (17.5 cm) and shows bright echo texture. There is no focal lesion seen. Intra and extra hepatic biliary radicals are normal. Portal vein is normal. CBD is normal. What stage of fatty liver am I in?

Difficult to say which stage based on ur description. If LFT is deranged then fibroscan will help assess the amount of liver injury.
