Irregular periods it takes sometimes 2 months and the bleeding seems Dark red in color. Always feeling sleepy and lethargy. Sometimes I couldn't walk and body feels there's nothing in the body mostly after using washroom. I'm having headache also. Blood count is also low. Please suggest me the best advice to overcome this problem After USG scan of whole abdomen- UTERUS: ENDOMETRIAL is 8mm. Overies and adnexa: both ovaries appears enlarge (RO 10.5cc LO 14.2cc) shows multiple small size follicles arrange periperally along with stormal echogenicity
