You have shared half of the ultrasound scan report. Please share the  full report. The way the report is written doesn't inspire confidence. Please get another scan done from some other Centre. Meerut has many good Diagnostic Centres.  It seems the patient was not seen by a Gynaecologist before she went for the scan. Please get a clinical examination of the patient by a Gynaecologist.
