Hello..i had this red pimple like thing on my lower breast..have attached the recent pic...it came and then after few weeks dried but then again became big and red..so before going to gyn had my pending routine mammogram with ultrasound screening which according to report was normal. Then went to gyn she did breast exam and told it is folliculitis and gave a week worth of antibiotic it reduced after 5 days (i stopped exersing and wearing bra to help it heal)...but again it has became red and feel a dump on skin like before ...she told if it does not go away to get it opened and drained...please advise
