Before two week i have done thyrocare lab test done in these report my sugar test also done report attached, but vitamim d3 slightly lesser than normal 18, although i am feeling burning sesnsation in feet and knee joints

Can't see any report attached here. You need Vitamin D supplement. Also burning sensation can be due to Vit B12 deficiency. Take online consultation with reports or visit nearby Physician.
