Diabetic shoulder n join pain

My father 57 years old has diabetes which is under control now with glimiperide 2mg + metformin 500mg ( mrng & evening) ..Now he has shoulder pain + palm's joint pain , he can't move it much ..We consulted orthopaedic & physiotherapist but no improvement , some abnormal reports are HDI cholesterol 36.06 , LDL direct 163.78, LDL Cal 150 , LDL/HDL ratio 4.54, uric acid 8.05, b12- 181, hto 14.50 ...what is your take on current medicine + what about shoulder n palm joint pain ..Thanks

Good evening Looking at the reports LDL is on the higher side B12 is also low Uric acid is high Having sugars under control I think correction of above disorders can solve the purpose Continue sugar treatment and physiotherapy Start with Febuget 40 one tablet after breakfast 2B12 tablet after breakfast ROSEDAY 5 one tablet after dinner

Hello.. Symptoms of shoulder pain looks like Frozen shoulder.. Most important factor is blood sugar control and physiotherapy.. May need for some analgesics for short time for symptomatic relief.. Blood reports are mildly deranged.. Consult endocrinologist for change in prescription if any after history and examination..!!
