Hi I ate a cheesecake around like 100gms of slice which was very sweet, can I get diabetes if I had such a sugary cake at one time

If you are not diabetic then you won't get diabetes just by having a sweet at one time.However moderation is the key to prevent diabetes in future.

It is only sugar content ... If you are diabetic already it will definitely increase your sugars.
