My mother-in-law is 76years old she is suffering from diabetic she'sfasting blood sugar 244 and post blood sugar is447 now a days Amaryl M 1mg,Zincovit,Pan-D some times Prolomet XL 25 are using this tablets continueing from four years so what is treatment of her please diagnose
