My mother is 48 years old. Her blood sugar level is 154 mg . Please suggest some dietary tips to keep blood sugar control. Please suggest a tablet to keep in control. Can we use gluxit 10 mg?

Get her HbA1c, fasting ,postprandial done .
Till then you can keep her on Metformin 500mg bd
