Diabetic patient can eat chicken and eggs or not? Let me know plzzz...mean while also mutton..kindly suggest your valuable reply

yes, u can have chicken twice a wk. but be sure that ur blood sugar level is controlled with medicines/insulin.. for detailed explanations & advice u can msg me in private..
