My 65 year old mother in law is diabetic. I am seeking advise which multivitamin is suitable to give to her. She feels tired all the time. Currently she is not on any multivitamin. Takes Janumet 50/1000 twice daily. Sugar is in control. Hba1c 6.4.

Metformin is known to cause b12 deficiency. B complex vitamin Vitamin D and calcium supplements are better for her at this age
