Keep monitoring her temperature and oxygen level. Ask her to do Gurgling with salt water and take steam inhalation twice a day. Continue the diabetic medications as advised and ask her to avoid citrus fruits and avoid taking heavy meal. For loss of appetite you can give Betonin AST syrup which is sugar free along with that for cough you can give Ascoril D Plus syrup which is also sugar free. In case of emergency admit her in emergency for further evaluation.
