Hellodoc. i am an 17 year old guy.i have recently tested my sugarlevel two hours after having a heavy meal.and it has shown 149mg/dl.this is what made me worry and the next day morning (almost 8 hours of fasting) my sugar level is the same 149 mg/dl this is the thing i am really frightened of. i am an obsese guy of 17 years is there anything to d

Hello there. I can understand your concern. There is nothing to be frightened. Take a fasting test and a post prandial test along with HbA1c from a good lab near you. Revert back with the reports.
