Why doctors give ethamsylate tablet to diabetic patient If someone who is diabetic have high triglyceride by controlling their sugar levels, can they reduce their triglyceride also

That medication prevents bleeding and hemorrhage .Triglycerides does come down with proper diet control but we need look the levels of TG before considering to control it with diet alone. Please need more information for complete analysis and management.

There is no problem with medicine in diabetic patient . Yes you can reduce sugar and triglycerides by avoiding consumption of sweets and fats oils in diet
