I am 32 years old..and working from Home..recently got to know am diabetics and taking medicines for the past 3 months...very first time PP sugar level 238..1 month back 126 PP.... 2 weeks ago I checked average sugar HBA1C it says 6.4...am taking same medicines below from start till now... Morning Glimestar M1 (full) Eldervita Zc (full) Night Melmet 500 (half) Last few weeks I am feeling kind of low sugar symtoms like dizzyness, headache and feeling tired...Is this related to the medicines...please advise if its high dose and how can I avoid that kind of symtoms? What foods can i eat and day life activities? Note : I volunteerly checked my sugar 3 months back...life before that was far better than now...

Check sugars when feeling low . Diabetic diet as per dietician and regular exercise what u enjoy is enough
