I need a replacement for synjardy not available in india..and metformin which has cancer causing side affects.Kindly suggest safe alternative.Thank you

It is available as Jardiance Met in India.It is one of the good combinations of anti diabetic drugs. Metformin is the best anti diabetic if one has no gastric upsets, it has in fact shown to prevent cancer in some studies
