Does milk and eggs increase the sugar level of a diabetic patient .My Father is diabetic from 2008. Please suggest some solution

Not that much but try to take balanced diet with less glycemic index food to b taken.

Milk and eggs are wholesome foods with good source of protein , calcium and other nutrients. There is no reason it should be avoided in diabetes. That said, it has to be in moderation. Do not add sugar to the milk. Do not take more than 1 egg yolk a day. A specific diet has to be designed for the patient. We need to know his blood work and current medications to suggest treatment.
