I TESTED MY BLOOD AS A PART OF HEALTH CHECK UP AND FOUND THAT HBA1C IS 7.7 ,SHOULD I TAKE MEDICINES

Yes.  Your hba1c shows that you are diabetic. You will also need to do a fasting and 2 hour post meal sugar level test to know the ideal medicine to be started.
