Diabetes diagnosed recent
My mother has recently been diagnosed diabetes all of a sudden when she got her blood test done. She only complains of weakness on doing excess of household work. Her thirst, appetite is ok. She has lost around 4-5 kgs in last 2 years. What to do? Please advice. I have attached the report

Such high blood sugars are the reason for your mother's weakness and weight loss. First you need to educate her about diabetes, then only she will stick to her treatment. Be informed, sugars in that range can cause life threatening complications. So get her to nearest physician/diabetologist as soon as possible.
