I am on treatment and attaching my reports. As per doctor i m diabetic..is this true and can i recover it without medicines...Also i have given injection every alternate day for Vitamin b12, as injection is very hard and painfull, can i complete my vitamin b12 with good diet or with medicines. Please suggest.

As per this HbA1C report you are prediabetic. For Vit B12 you can take nasal spray as a substitute to injection
