Diabetes Treatment with Semaglutide ?
I've been recommended to consult a doctor for obtaining a prescription of Rybelsus (Oral Semaglutide) for weight management and diabetes (type 2) treatment. I'm not sure of any side effects that I might be vulnerable to, but I'm currently on no medication at all, if that helps. My current weight is 116 Kilograms and HbA1c is at 8.3 since past 1 year. I've been exercising regularly however I keep failing at dieting plans after a few weeks. Before I consult a doctor, it would be a great help if someone can advise on whether semaglutide is a good course of action, given my current health conditions (Report Attached) Doctors in this city apparently do not have time for an actual conversation,so if anything else needs immediate attention (I'm guessing liver) some good practices might help. I understand that not much can be recommended without an actual consult, but please do your best to explain as much as possible.

As you are not on any treatment for diabetes, please start OHA as early as possible  .you can use OHA (like Metformin 1000mg /day )along with semaglutide for weight  reduction  Metformin  reduces HbA1c by 1.5 to 2 points
Next Steps
start Metformin+  Semaglutide
Health Tips
as diabetes is a chronic helth condition,  self motivation and desiplain is very much required  stay motivated have good diet plan and regular exercise as diet and exercise alone will reduce HbA1c feel free to consult for any time for further plans
