I had been diagnosed with diabetes 3 yrs ago.. ...bur wanted to control my sugar level with workout & diet...initially it worked...but for last couple of weeks my fasting sugar is above 200 & random sugar are also between 180 to 250. I need to consult a diebetician for way ahead.

Young diabetics need to control their sugars very tightly to prevent complications. U must start medicines as soon possible.
