Last 8 days my reading is going very high between 275 and 350 pp and I m taking medication as prescribed. 4 days I could not go for my regular walk due to rain. Today fasting read was 115 and 2 hrs pp is 291. I took only 4 idlis and a cup of tea with no sugar
