I have dns I have cbc report rbc count 4.05 wbc count 9300 hb is 12.6but lymphocytes count is 3720 and mpv is 6.9 I have some problem left noise left noise sas Fulke gale me atak jati hai khana khate hai tab adar se sas fulti hai aur gale ke Niche hisse me kuch nahi hai only sas chalti hai aisa lagta hai.khana khane ke bad mucus aata hai gale me

As u said I have deviated nasal septum plus the symptoms that are experiencing goes in favour of sinusitis issue as well .in that case it’s better to get a thorough nose endoscopic examination and after that if needed you should get a CT-pns done for the nose issue .
