Deviry 10mg tablet for PCOS treatment

I took deviry 10mg tablet as instructed by gynecologist for 10 days but I haven't got my periods yet. (This is 4th day after pills). I have to take krimson 35 tablet during 3-4th day of period for 21 days. Is this a right treatment? How safe it is? Kindly guide.
