I got my labs taken for the fitness and my wbc is 13770. Rest are all normal. What does that indicate???

Do you have any fever? Or are you on any steroid? Raised WBC can be because of infection or person taking steroids for bodybuilding or as medications. Need to evaluate history before any advise.
