I have gone under septoplast 11 months ago but still i am suffering . What should i do now ??? Even shape of my nose is not enhanced.

Septoplasty is performed to straighten nasal septum which is deviated. This surgery will not improve external appearance of the nose. There are other causes for nasal obstruction such as allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps, chronic rhinosinusitis which are not treated by septoplasty.
